This dental office is the first I've found that I did not mind visiting. The staff is friendly and thorough, the office is spotlessly clean, and they really know what they're doing. I am consistently impressed by their warm nature and professionalism. I would recommend Dr. O to anyone, young or old, fearful or otherwise.

I would never recommend this office to anyone. The billing department is a nightmare. The billing system has monthly errors where bills are sent out that are inaccurate and the staff has known about it for over a year. If you have insurance claims that need to be processed, plan on no returned phone calls and a rude staff. It's unacceptable how they treat patients here. I guess I should've realized that when I went for my first appointment and saw a patient yelling at the billing manager. I've found a new dentist in Rockville Centre that will treat patients with better respect and return phone calls.
