I dont what Alicia was talking about. The staff (all of them) were delightful and efficient. From the pre-op testing to the actual surgery, everthing was done on time. The nurses were very kind, friendly and helpful. The physical therapists came exactly when they said they would. We are thrilled that we chose this hospital and would recommend it to anyone who needs orthopedic surgery.

Horrible experience on both occasions. Please dont waste your money or time. It is not worth a penny. Their staff totally neglects you, violates your HIPPA Rights, places you in a filthy foul smelling room, and guess what? they dont care. New Hyde Park LIJ & Cohen's Children are well worth it!!! Please dont sacrifice cleanliness and hospitality to come here and be ignored. They have SOME wonderful staff members that are a blessing. But this facility deserves NEGATIVE stars!

I had an 11am appointment for pre-surgical testing. I was back in my car at 11:50! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised at how efficient and extremely nice the staff was. From the receptionist at the desk to the doctor herself.
