After surgery, I took my records and ran (actually I hopped)! From being on hold for 15-20 minutes every time I called, to being told by an office scheduler as opposed to my doctor, that I needed surgery ASAP, the entire experience was a mess. The person who fitted me for my brace didn't even know where the injury was, I was given contradictory post operative care instruction, forgotten prescriptions...the list goes on. The recuperation after hamstring repair surgery could be up to one year and there was no way I was going to deal with their management practices, so I took my MRI, surgical records etc. and went elsewhere. They may be the BIG game in town and maybe the surgeons are great, but I suspect they've gotten too big for their britches! Until they get their act together, go somewhere else for proper care.
