Outrageously priced Some $342 for simple bifocals AFTER BC/BS Medicare Advantage $100 reimbursement Plus they do NOT honor their advertised 30% AARP discount in conjunction w/ BC/BS Same glasses at WalMart came to $48 out of pocket cost

DISGUSTED. Great experience...until I asked for my PD. I specifically told them that I would not be purchasing glasses there and was never told that they would withhold my pupillary distance, they claim "liability" when in reality its that they want to force you to buy their $300 glasses. Withholding part of my exam that I PAID for is ridiculous.
