My 12 year old daughter is up there visiting her grandmother, her braces bracket fell off and this place said the only way they will see her is if she becomes a patient and has them taken off and become his patent. Now what human would allow a 12 year old to go through the pain of a wire digging into her cheek and not clip it? When we lived up there he wanted to put a lower jaw extender on and come to find out it was a good thing we didn't use this place because she didn't need it. We live in NC so it isn't like I can just go get her and bring her to her dr. I feel this man should not be able to practice. My Father is a DR. and would never treat a person like this. SHAME ON THIS MAN.
Do not trust here and make sure all bill that actually you received. This dentist did a crown for me and after that I had a root canal problem under the crown. He just made hole on the crown and did root canal. He should change old crown but he just filled it up. I checked the bill he charged second crown from my insurance company even though he never did. While he was doing root canal he made biger hole than other dentst, so he made crack on the the root of the teeth. Some filling came out from the root and he lied that was not filling but part of my teeth. He sent me another sugery doctor around water town to hide his fault. Fotunately I moved for new job. Recently I found he was not smart to hide his fault. I send e-mail to him but he never answer yet. I think I need to see my lawyer soon.
I went to this "dentist" over a year had horrible service done for braces, messed my teeth all up, he pulled two teeth he should have NEVER pulled paid him lots of money and then had to PCS with my hubby to GA. i called and complained to him after getting more knowledge about what I shouold have done so he gave me a refund of $1000 and i thought all was done. mind you this was done b/t Oct. 2010 and March 2011, it is now July 2012 and this sends me a bill for $900 like WTF. Is he shut down yet????
WORST DENTIST EVER. If you want to drive all the way to sunshine dental just so the Doc can ask you whats wrong with you and for him to take a quick 2 second look in your mouth then come on down to Sunshine Dental! The worst dentist on EARTH! I think it's funny that there's a sign on the wall that says that your first appointment will only be an exam to better serve other customers. Ok so you waste half a day waiting for the guy to look in your mouth for 2 seconds. Then they schedule you to come back some other time to get it done. How ridiculous! What a waste of my time. Not only did they waste my time but they also fuc*ed up my appointment, I told them i was working but they scheduled it the day i told them i couldn't go. There was no call to remind me of the appointment, I had to call them to verify my appointment (only to find out that they scheduled it on the wrong day). Also, while I was sitting on the chair waiting for the Doc, he was yelling at a patient or something, and then i hear two ladies walk out telling the staff that he's a rude man! If you want terrible service and if you have time to waste - Visit Sunshine Dental , the creme de la creme of terrible service. So glad im moving out of this area..
Perhaps it is true that dissatisfied customers review more often than those who are satisfied. Though I understand some of the criticisms here, I want to counter the overwhelming perceptions that Dr. Panjali is inept or incompetent. This is far from true. Dr. Panjali is highly skilled. I have been with him for six months, and though the journey to literally reconstruct my mouth has been bumpy, I have been treated with dignity and respect by him and members of his staff. He has returned my calls; I have been able to get an emergency appointment more than once. The entire implantation process, though slow, has been relatively pain free. Dr. Panjali doesn't "suffer fools gladly." He's a perfectionist; he takes pride in his work. Yes, he can be forgetful, but so can we all. Yes, I wonder about his considerable patient load. Is he unethical? Not in my opinon. Yes, he is often short with staff. I also wish he would be less so, but even dentists are allowed to have personality traits that don't appeal to some of his patients. In sum, after years and years of relatively miserable experiences with dentists, I feel very satisfied with the work I've had done with Dr. Panjali. I travel more than 60 miles one way to get to Sunshine Dental. I appreciate the care I've received. One last point is that Dr. Panjali isn't my "regular" dentist. At the time I began these treatments, my dentist wasn't yet comfortable with the implant process. I read and studied before choosing a professional to consult about implants. Dr. Panjali seemed to have the best qualifications and training of those dentists in Watertown. I have no regrets whatsoever, and I would recommend Dr. Panjali in a heartbeat.
