Front desk person seemed more interested in something she was reading. Not a good start. Nurse seemed nice and did good history. PA seemed rushed and all he wanted to do was get out of the room. Ended up in ER after going here as not satisfied with care. Total misdiagnosis of problem. Can't say I would take my family there again. Bathroom was not very clean either.

I love this urgent care. I use this office as my primary doctor. Any time I have something wrong, they are willing to help. I always receive prompt service with a smile. The wait time is never anything I have had an issue with. The facility has all the up to date technology to help with any of my medical needs. I have gone here, for stitches, ivs for dehydration, common cold, etc. There has never been anything I have been turned away for and they doctors haven't misdiagnosed me. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. I have gone to some of the others around the watertown area before this one opened, and I will never return to those. This the only place i go!!

I have been a strong supporter of Watertown Urgent Care for the past 8 years. I feel so fortunate that we have such amazing medical professionals in our area. Every time I have gone to Watertown Urgent Care I have been treated by a very professional and friendly staff who are not afraid to spend those few extra minutes with you to answer all your questions. Their office is very clean and run very efficiently. My whole family would recommend Watertown Urgent Care to ANYONE that is need of urgent care services!!! Great job!!!!

I have used Watertown Urgent Care several times over the past couple of years. I find the receptionists professional and the wait times to be seen by the physician normal, if not quicker than normal. The physicians have always listened attentively to my symptoms, asked appropriate questions and given accurate diagnostics. They have always acting in a caring and professional manner. I would certainly recommend this urgent care facility for anyone who needs to be seen by a physician today, and not want to wait a couple of days to be seen by their primary care doctor.

Possibly some of the negative reviews applied at some time in the past. We are seasonal residents and use the Urgent Care office several times each year. The staff has been very helpful, facilities are clean -- and the physicians assistants have been very accurate with diagnosis and treatment. We are very pleased with facility and would return whenever we have a need for urgent medical care.
