I am having my parents change pharmacy's.. My father has lung cancer and he needed a certain medication that keeps him from getting very sick and when they got it fiiled the first time it needed to be authorized that was taken care of, it only took at week.. (uncalled for) when she went back to get it refilled (was NOT told that it needed to be authorized again.. my mother dropped it off in the morning and stopped to pick it up on their way home from chemo, when she got there she was told that it needed to be authorized again.. they never called her to let her know, they were at chemo all day she could have had the doctor take care of it for them.. my father needed this medication for the next morning before chemo.. it's bad enough dealing with cancer but to have a pharmacy treat you the way they did was just SAD...they were rude to my mother and had her very very upset.. they have NO compassion for people... i would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.. Medicare is bad enough to deal with but to deal with this is uncalled for...

thinking about changing. they always act like I'm a drug addict or something when I get my pain and sleeping meds. and one time they wouldn't let me have my pills 3 days early just cause they didn't want to. my insurence covered it and my doctors called it in. I was going on vacation and had to leave late because they wouldn't give it to me. this past time they kept asking if it was time for the prescription again. why would the doctor give it to me if it wasn't time?
