My son had his eyes done. They were cheaper than other places and he purchased a groupon as well to help with costs. But the day of surgery, his sheet told him to be there at 5:15, the lady at the desk said, what are you doing here already? Apparently, they wrote on his sheet 5:15 but he was not supposed to be there until 7:00. So we left, had some dinner then came back about 6:45. He did not get his surgery until 10:20 pm, WHAT! Talk about no respect for patient's time. We talked with Sarah, who had no sympathy at all. So the staff that had been there since 9 am was still operating at 10:30 at night and my son was not the last patient of the day. Then follow up the next day, everyone from Saturday's surgeries are to come back between 9-10:30 on Sunday. This is crazy, talk about feeling like cattle. This is how you are treated here. Oh yeah, they up sold him on tear duct plugs while he was in the chair, another $800. Do not waste your time or money here! So far the lasik seems to be OK, but for all this hassle, not worth it!

I had my laser done on Saturday and five days later I was fully recovered . I am very happy with the outcome of the surgery , the great team work and the experience I had .

To begin - I am not an easily disgruntled person and typically get on here to leave great reviews for awesome places - as I think many times GOOD service goes unnoticed. But don't waste your time and money with this place! I went to them when they were still in West Chester, it is like a Sales/Marketing scheme...they bait you in, then the day of your surgery you sit for HOURS waiting while they run patients through like cattle. The after care is a total joke...they prescribed me $400 Restasis eye drops that I later found out aren't even a medication for the symptoms I was having. One year later, I had to have a touch up - by this time they had closed up shop (with no notice to their patients) and moved to Blue Ash. It's a whole new staff, new building, same sneaky ploy! I'm back in glasses in less than 2 years, they screwed up my financing so instead of getting the 2 years 0% that I was told I would get - I got a noticed at 18 mths saying if I didn't pay, I'd be charged all the deferred interest. Every SINGLE time I went to either office, it was a different doctor - literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. This place is a fly by night joke! Can not believe that they are allowed to operate a medical facility - oh...which two of their employees sat and complained to me on my surgery day about what ridiculous health code standards they had been written up for! And then the doc, while in the process of shooting a laser into my eye complained about how he'd been working for 10 hours that day under the pain of kidney stones and he was so glad I was the last one for the day and he could go home. Very comforting!! The great "deal" you get by going to this place is NOT worth the the hassle and the crap service you get. I'd much rather have spent a little more and actually had a facility that knew my name and didn't have to put a name tag on me when i went into surgery (YES - they actually did this!) Stay away from this place!

Their advertised pricing is a lie. Ever been to a timeshare sales pitch? That is how they run this place. I was there for about 2 and a half hours, only 30 minutes of it were real medical exams. Here is how it went. They start out by having you watch an infomercial with only about 2 minutes of information. The rest is like those hair replacement commercials where they talk about how much better their life is after the surgery. Then you go in to see the sales woman. She talks all about how much better your life will be and their guarantee but doesn't give any specifics. Then you go in one room and they do some eye tests by an assistant. Then another room and some more eye tests by another assistant. Then a doctor comes in and does the last set of tests over. Then she sends you back into see the sales woman again. At this point your are blind because of the drops they use for the tests but she tells you all about the program and tries to set a date and get you to sign paperwork you can't even see. This all takes two hours and they still haven't told you the price. When you ask there is a lot more dancing and finally they tell you its normally $4500 but if you do it in the next few days they have a special sale and it will only $3500. I have 2 other friends that also went and even though we all have different prescriptions none of us qualified for the advertised price. Here is the kicker. SAY NO! Then she will call back a day or two later and tell you that they had a cancellation and she got special permission from corporate to lower the price again!

Nice friendly & accommodating staff. Very pleased with every aspect of the procedure. Would recommend to my friends & family.
