I did not have a bad experience. I went for an adjustment and the staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor was as well, and I feel better than when I arrived. Cracked the spot that needed cracking. I recomend them from my experience. Thanks, Advanced!

Very unprofessional! I was astonished at how unprofessional a medical facility could be after visiting this place for a message. I was told I'd see a doctor before my appointment, did not happen, I explained to the "massage therapist" my reason for the visit (very particular problem) and she didn't even touch the are of my neck/shoulder where I was having the problem. She spent the whole hour on one part of my back where I had a knot! The staff at Advanced Spinal Care & Rehab in Cambridge were very short & rude. Also, I had to listen to a staticky radio station throughout the dull pointless massage. Very disappointing! If you need a massage, go anywhere else! Or even just have your spouse or a friend do it.
