The billing system is poor. We were told we had to pay $90.00 for Exam, even though our Insurance pays 100% We were told we would be reimbursed when they knew for sure Ins pays 100% Dec. 17, the explanation of benefits stated 100% coverage. Jan. 3, we still have NOT been reimbursed. My husband has called numerous times and has visited the office. We are getting the runaround. Today, he called and was totally disrespected by the female Dr. I am so disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this office. I have worked in a Dental office for 25 years and NEVER have I seen Insurance and payment handled this way. Nor have I ever seen anyone treated the way my husband has been treated. They have full payment from our Ins. company plus $90.00 of our cash!!!!! Terrible way to conduct a business!!!!!
