My experience with the actual dentists here was good; however, their office staff was extremely difficult, unreasonable and callous. My appointment was originally scheduled for 8:00 a.m., but two different staff members told me to come at 8:15 because I had filled out the new patient paperwork on another day. I ended up arriving at 8:30 because I had to nurse my 6-week-old baby, so I arrived thinking I was 15 mins. late, which is not a big deal at most practitioners' offices, since they're usually running at least that much behind anyway. The receptionist informed me that I was actually 30 mins. late because they were expecting me at 8:00, not 8:15, and because I was 30 mins. late, they wouldn't be able to see me that day, or any other day for more than a month. I told her that they had told me to come at 8:15 instead of 8:00, so they shouldn't have been expecting me that early, but she didn't really care. I was especially disappointed because other members of my family actually liked the dentists themselves, but that becomes a moot point when the front office staff is so unreasonable. None of my family will be returning here (my husband actually called to cancel the appointment he already had scheduled with them), and I will no longer be recommending them to others, which I had done on numerous occasions.
