My name is Sherri and I have been diagnosed with a very rare neurological muscular disease. I have a wide range of specialists and Jacqui and Kim are among them. This disease, as is common, took many years to diagnose and Jacqui and Kim have been with me every step of the way. No matter what I threw at them they were always able to change and adapt, even at a moments notice, to accommodate my ever-changing needs and diagnosis. The medicine I am on only goes so far to try to keep my symptoms at bay, and without Jacqui and Kim I would be in a wheelchair or bedridden by now. They are the best in their field and I not only consider them part of my medical team, but also consider them family.
