Bottom line, I'll never go back, I had a very poor customer service experience, see details below -- First off, this is my first review, ever -- however, after my experience today, I felt the need to write one. I popped in to pick up a couple of things, and after the bum in front of the store tried to pan handle a bit, I went in. I stopped at the front and asked if they had a restroom and they directed me to the back. At the back, a rather rude, 50yr old female African American Pharmacy technician told me first that they did not have a bathroom -- I said nothing, but I guess the look on my face told her I didn't believe her, and then she changed her story very quickly to it was out of order -- I cannot stand to have a rude, bald face liar tell me a lie to my face. If they didn't have a public restroom, then say so -- if they didn't have a restroom, then why did the cashier at the front send me to the back? where do all the employees go to the bathroom? and why is it necessary to be rude and arrogant? I was so annoyed that I left without buying anything. Then to top it off, the bum at the front hassled me again on the way out and was saying something to my back as I walked away and ignored him. Not only will I never go back to this CVS, I will not go to any CVS again unless I absolutely have no other option and am in desperate need of a medication and can't get it somewhere else. CVS needs to talk to their employees and do some customer service training, In fact that female at the back needs a reprimand, and while they are at it, get rid of the bum outside the front door -- if they don't improve their service, then I'll probably never go back, and will advise my friends and family not to go as well.
