My Name is Nicole Himes. I have a disability. Agoraphobia. Bi-polar, Manic Depressive. I was a patient of Dr.Lee's and also was seen by his associate. My children and fiancee was also patients of this office. I have never been treated so poorly. My fiancee's fillings were done about 3 months ago and has already fallen out. Being that I am disabled with 8 children, my funds are very tight. When the Doctor seen that I was a Caresource recipient, the first recommendations where to completely pull all of my teeth, that I have found out by new dentists, were able to be saved. Being a 28 yr old woman, no Doctor ever wants to pull all your teeth. Especially when their not in bad shape and have potential to be fixed. I had to argue this with him over 2 or 3 sessions, that I DID NOT want all my teeth pulled and I was brought to tears....as he told me "I can give you a 10% discount on $700 a tooth if you are really dedicated to saving your teeth" Even though he knew ahead of time that I was disabled with 8 children and was a Carsource recipient! Why would I NEED to pay $700 a tooth to be dedicated to saving my teeth after he had given me false information that QUOTE "Caresource was NOT going to give me the partials,that I so desperately wanted and needed in order to save my teeth and would NOT pay for ANYTHING cause they had no funds"UNQUOTE, which he knew nothing about and was in NO place to speak for the insurance company, but said these things to me, trying to get me to get a loan or as I believe and hole heartedly...just out for money in his pocket and was NOT concerned about the client. I have been spoken down to by the nurses and receptionists, and was REFUSED when asked for my dental records. Was told by their office manager that I was not entitled to my records and the only way I could receive them was by getting a NEW dentist and to have that dentist request them. I felt this was wrong so I called the Dental Board to make complaints where they informed me, the office manager was lying to me!?!? Who does this? This office has terrible service, terrible dentistry and the staff is just as bad. They have NO EMPATHY for the disabled nor families that LIFE has seemed to happen to and caused some issues with scheduling. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

The nurses and receptionists are very rude and disrespectful. If you are on care source or some other government assistance, they discriminate and treat you like you are trash. The work of Dr, Lee and his staff is poor at best. My filling has fallen out in a three month time period. I have cavities that should have been filled, but weren't. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend Dr. Lee's dental practice. They should be shut down by the dental board.
