I was trying to get a family member admitted to Crestview and the Ad missions director was a real bitch...very rude...did not seem to care at all that we are in a bind and need this done...the woman has alzheimers and lost her son recently so the rest of the family is trying to get her put in a home that will care for her...her dr even says she needs to be in a facility...guess they are NOT really about family and caring for people like their website says they are...all they really want is your money.

DO NOT WORK THERE! It is a prison. You aren't allowed to leave on you lunch break. You aren't even allowed to leave the building to go out to your car, even though you aren't being paid for your break! No cell phones in the facility, period. So, you could leave it in your car, but you aren't allowed out to your car at lunches... But, the directors are allowed to have cell phones and leave on their lunches. Oh, and smokers beware: no smoking on the property. Anywhere. The DON and his wife run the place like they are Gods gift to the world. The DONs wife will yell at you in front of other employees and residents instead of pulling you aside like a professional. She told a former employee that she needed to put her work in front of her family when her daughter was threatening to harm herself. Maybe other places aren't a whole lot better, but it is a long 12 hour shift to be locked inside a nursing home.
