Dr. Bashore is amazing. He is so patient and explains everything. He never appears rushed and will spend as much time with you as you want. I had a very hard time finding contact lenses that my eyes would tolerate and I can't even tell you how many different lenses Dr. Bashore got for me. We finally found one and I never felt like I was being an inconvenience to him and his staff (which I was)! All of his staff are amazing as well! All of the ladies go out of their way to help in any way they can! And as far as appointments, although Dr. Bashore is very busy, they always find a way to accommodate you. I would highly recommend North Coast Optical to everyone!

Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable along with being very helpful. They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions! Dr. B is the BEST! Wonderful eye clinic that I will go to again.

Everyone at North Coast Optical is wonderful! I cannot say enough great things about them! Dr. Bashore is wonderful with patients & explainations of all tests and results from these tests. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring doctor! My last appointment, they were extremely busy, and I was in the exam room for a little while. My husband (who also had an enjoyable visit) and my 2-1/2yr old daughter were in the waiting area while I was waiting to see the doctor. I was afraid of my daughter causing havoc in the waiting area, but the ladies who came back to apologize for the wait assured me that she was perfectly fine. They even gave her crayons & coloring books to keep her occupied! As a mom, I appreciated that more than anything!! Thank you NCO!!
