Having had both of my children complete treatment at this office, I have spent much time in this office and gotten to know many of the staff over the years. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We almost never had to wait for an appointment, often being called back early. Because we are so busy, I so appreciated the promptness of appointments. This is a staff that goes above and beyond for patients and families. I will always appreciate the day when my child needed rubber bands but my car broke down so I couldn't get to the office to pick them up. Not only did the rubber bands get mailed to me, a gift card to say sorry you were having a bad day was enclosed. What a nice gesture! I will miss this staff now that both of my children are finished with treatment. What great smiles they both have!

Very pleasant atmosphere. The treatment area is wide open and has a very relaxed feel. Parents can sit off to the side and watch if they want. They also have a Kurig(spelling?). Yummy. They were very kind to our daughter and made every effort to help with the discomfort that braces naturally bring. I recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

BEWARE!!!! Of Dr. Bernard. I went under treatment with this orthodontist. During the course of his orthodontic treatment, one of my teeth cracked under pressure and became infected. I was forced to have the tooth pulled on now have extensive bone loss. Dr. Bernard did not follow up or offer to make the problem right. Now, instead of a good smile, I have to wear a denture.

We have had 2 kids in braces with Drs. Bernard and Morgan. The process has been easy and the kids both have beautiful smiles! Would definitely recommend!
