If you are looking for a dental health provider, you owe it to yourself to give North Ridgeville Family Dentistry. When trying to find a provider for any professional service, I like to find one where the best decision I can make is leaving the decisions up to them and knowing that I’m in good hands. I want to trust them enough that I can take their recommendations and know that it’s the best course of action. For me, North Ridgeville Family Dentistry is exactly that place. I started going there several years ago (2011, I believe) and I had a horrible smile and a lot of problems because of neglect during my childhood. They laid out a plan to get my teeth as healthy as possible and prepped for orthodontics, get me to the right orthodontist, and finish improving my smile once the orthodontics were finished. I’m in the last stretch of that plan and couldn’t be happier with how it has gone. The team there does everything they can to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible, especially after a procedure such as a wisdom tooth extraction. On more than one occasion, I have talked to Dr. Gupta over the telephone on the weekends (once he was checking on me, and once I had a problem), and, even though he was clearly busy with what sounded like his children climbing him like he was a tree, he seemed only to want to help (and did). They are also very accommodating. They sometimes see patients on the weekends when no other time will work, and I’ve called in with problems in the past and have been able to drive in and be seen right after hanging up the phone. Besides all of that, the staff members are just super friendly people! It’s always a pleasure to see them. I can’t recommend them enough. Go see them!

I very recently had more work done here than I would normally care to admit. It had been a number of years since I had a dental checkup, so my treatment plan was pretty extensive. Still, they were able to perform it all on the same day, and things could not have gone better. The staff here is extremely professional and friendly. I definitely plan on coming back.

They are very nice and good with kids

I saw them a few weeks ago for a chipped tooth. It was a run-of-the mill procedure, but I was very impressed with a lot of little things. For instance, Dr. Gupta had a few minutes while I was filling out paperwork, and he poured me some coffee! Then, during the procedure, they put this warm neck thing around my neck. In the evening, he called me personally to see how I was feeling. I don't know if they do this with everyone, but I really liked the VIP treatment

The staff with Dr. Gupta are very friendly and customer service orientated. Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and detailed in his work. He did a great job on my daughters crown. My teenage son said he is the best dentist he has ever been to. My family is happy with the staff & Dr. Gupta on their superior service.
