when I called to find out if Dr. Becker could tighten the screw on my implant, I had to talk to 'Christine'. The witch from hell. She wouldn't let me describe my implant, which is over 15 years old and has unique qualities. I needed her to describe my implant to Dr. Becker to make sure he could infact tighten the screw before I went there and shelled out $90 for an office visit. I tried twice to call and straighten this out. Christine was very condescending and chastised me for even having the nerve to call and question her. When I suggested maybe I should cancel my appointment, she said good and HUNG UP ON ME!!!
