Friendly, takes the time to listen to you and if you can get morning appt times, you are seen within 10 min of your scheduled appt time. the longest I've had to wait in the waiting room was about 10 min, I like to come early anyways. I really like Dr. Southerland and Markwood, I've only met with Twombly twice.
