I recently saw Dr. Karcher for the first time, and was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism from him and his entire staff. I had had some rough experiences with other vision centers, and I left Dr. Karcher's office feeling like my problems would be resolved, and that I could trust what he says. WONDERFUL service!

Dr. Bidlack and his staff provide a very comprehensive eye exam. The doctor explained everything about my eyes as the exam continued. We also discussed the effect of Diabetes and Rhuematoid Arthritis medications on the eyes. The frames available are beautiful. They also have a nice selection of "package frames" that came in handy for me. I highly recommend Dr. Bidlack and staff at Van Wert Vision.

I have dealt with Van Wert Vision multiple times over the past almost three years. Anytime I have had a problem they have worked with me to get matters straightened out. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had to take my three year old with me to my last eye exam, and the ladies in the office were very helpful with keeping her occupied. Dr. Bidlack is always very polite and does well with explaining things when you have questions. Keep up the good work everyone!
