Just returned home from an appointment today and I am terribly disappointed with this office. We have recently moved to the West Union area and my husband works out of town 5-6 days a week. We have two children, ages 3 and 5, who were with me today due to no sitter. Both of my children were good in the waiting area, my youngest son played on his Explorer game that we brought to keep him occupied during my appointment. I was advised by doctor's assistant that my child would have to be quieter. She went on to say how the doctor could not do his job because the doors are thin. My kids were sitting quietly, except for the low music of his game, which I did try to mute (though he is three, he knows how to undo the mute). When she kept going on again, I told her that I was doing my best, my husband is out of town and I've lost my glasses. She said I could make another appointment when I have a sitter. I am disgusted by the lack of understanding or tolerance. This is obviously not a family friendly office and I will not return. I will also discourage all that I know from this office.
