I was very pleased with my overall eye experience the best one I've ever had actually. The staff was very helpful and the both Doctors were extremely friendly, very understanding and sincere (great chair side manner!). I could tell they wanted me to be comfortable in not only my glasses that I chose but my contacts as well. The selection for the frames was huge and very well laid out. Pricing of the frames and lenses were very reasonable. The new building in Medina was beautiful! I will highly recommend my friends and family to have either doctor as their eye doctors.

The exam was overall pretty good. Dr. Tim Milburn has the skills to give you an accurate and complete exam, providing you with the proper prescription. I didn't like his attitude, however. He seems to be easily frustrated and shows it in his tone of voice. He could use some patience and a breath mint (I hate it when people breathe directly in my face). I did not see Dr. Anna Milburn, so I have no comments on the other dr. at this location. The selection of frames is up to date and fairly priced, and the assistant (Laura?) was fantastic. The payment options are great, too, requiring only half down at ordering date. The office looks nice and is very spacious. I also appreciated the free disposable sunglasses offered at my departure time, as the doctor dilates your pupils for exams. My final conclusion: I don't care that this dr. is in my insurance network- I'll take the financial hit and go back to my old eye dr. and pay full price out of pocket. Why leave a good thing?
