july 5 - hours posted - open til 5PM Saturdays. At 3PM - locked up tight! No explanation. In January - building open; doctors offices open; NOT Urgent Care! (It HAD snowed!) Who runs this place?!?!?!?

I remember when a Dr. Sharma used to work there when they first opened. He was so caring, kind, compassionate and really listened to me when I spoke, without interrupting me. He left the company and went somewhere else. To succeed, GMH urgent care needs good physicians like him. He set the bar high and I know many patients appreciated his care. In summary, he set a good example for other physicians to follow.

More like - NOT so "urgent" care. I left without being seen when 40 minutes had passed and they had only triaged one person.
