Arrived by ambulance with an emergency problem. Staff and facilities were excellent. Very friendly, very professional.

This hospital has treated my husband with respect and care. It reflects small town values.

This hospital is horrible. If at all possible go someplace else. Not only were the nurses inattentive, the surgeon was awful at his job. Comparing my incisions to other people who had the same operation, it looks like a drunk monkey tried to remove my gallstones. Billing is just as bad. I could not afford to pay $200 a month but would gladly pay $80-100 monthly. They refused to even discuss a payment plan (because of some payment predictability tool they use). So they sent my bill straight to collections. So yeah, if you are having a heart attack try and get them to drive you to Ponca or Wichita. Anywhere but here.

I wouldn't take my dog to this hospital! They are very rude and inconsiderate. I took my mom to this hospital because she was running a 102 fever, had a bad sore throat and was barely concious. She is a diabetic and her blood sugar was at 600. We got her registered and they told us that as soon as the doctor ran his 6 flights of stairs he would see her! So after he finished his morning exercise he FINALLY brought her back to the exam room. He took her temp, blood pressure and looked at her throat and said, well you might have strep throat so I will give you an antibiotic. THAT IS ALL HE DID! I pulled him aside and said, aren't you going to do anything about her blood sugar? And he said, no she will be ok. And turned around to grap his plate of eggs and go back to his room. Horrible service, very rude receptionist and will NEVER go back there!
