Never met a lazier, more incompetent group of people in my life. You can stand ages at the pick up window, watching them chat and gossip, completely ignoring you. They'll claim for weeks on end that the doctor's office never called them when they never even sent the refill request in. Absolutely not worth anyone's time. Go to Williams or Kemp's!
