Terrible place, they forget your orders and take forever to get what you need. They are very shady. They claim that if you do not use your sleep machine within a year then THEY have to take it back. My doctor said that my insurance already paid for it and that I do not have to take it back. I had a sleep machine and I missed one appointment with a doctor and the Cross pharmacy took it up on themselves to come harassing me constantly saying I need to return my machine when my insurance already payed for it. My doctor confirmed it was a lie and they were trying to take advantage of me. I was tricked into giving my old sleep machine to them when I wore it for a year and doc ordered a new one. I gave it back and they just cleaned it up and put it on the shelf for sale (when it was paid for). When I got my new one they took the new stuff off my machine and replaced it with some of the cheap parts hanging around on the sales floor so they could sale my "better items" so they could make more money. Anyway, they sent people at my house looking and knocking on my windows. They just keep harassing me and will not go away. Stay away from these people, I think they are con artists and know how to work the system to make a buck in this small town. They just think everyone is stupid enough to believe what they are saying and they use Christianity or God in their business to get people to trust them in my opinion.
