I was very unhappy with the service provided to a loved one today. At Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry: Jeffery Leinassar M DDS, the equipment outdated and worn, the chairs uncomfortable and not stable, the "rooms" too small that a wheelchair bound person could NOT access them.I found the staff unsympathetic, rushed, and with no "bedside manner" whatsoever. The prices were not what I would consider to be reasonable. The parking was inadequate and access with a wheelchair, with assistance, was almost impossible. I would not recommend their services to anyone at any time. This was an emergency situation and my loved on left very upset with no help or resolve in any form that was immediate. If I was able I would not be giving any stars at all. I wish to make this review in hopes that no one else receives this kind of service.
