Horrible horrible experience!! I’ve been in the Beaverton clinic twice (first for the exam and the second time for the surgery) and both times were absolutely awful! I really had no choice because my orthodontist recommended this place, so I had to go see them. The first time I went with my baby (6 months old) knowing the exam wouldn’t last longer than like 15-20 minutes….we waited in the waiting room for a half an hour and then in the exam room for another 15…with the baby! The second time didn’t go any better: the surgery was not supposed to be a big deal (only putting in a couple of screws – TADs), that according to the surgeon shouldn’t have lasted longer than a half an hour, but I didn’t seem to get numb for the first time, so I had to get numbed again (and for the third time too on my left side) so this took an extra 20-30 minutes…so the approximately 30 min procedure took over 2 hours!. In the meantime the surgeon seemed to be more concerned about his post-op patients than me. He left several times during the procedure for various reasons and the nurse left too without a word…so I was sitting in the room for about 20 minutes not having anybody to ask for a pain med…the effect of the first dose of anesthetic was gone, so I started having pain! While working in my mouth seemed like the nurse and the doctor didn’t work well together, the doc was giving constant instructions to the nurse who didn’t seem to follow them properly…this (and the sounds I made – because of the pain) seemed to bother the surgeon awfully, he seemed terribly frustrated. When the surgery was finally over and I asked the doc about any specific instructions he simply passed me off to the nurse - for a thousand dollars for two simple screws he should have at least treated me like I was important. Not only would I not recommend this doctor but I will suggest to my orthodontist to find someone else to refer to.

I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Green at the Hillsboro building. It only took about an hour and it went very well.
