I went to this place because it is one of the few places my insurance company has contract with I had two services there and had two billing issues. After the dental evaluation, I was provided a list of charges on services. I signed off on this list and thought that was it. So what? For one service I was told it would be 100% covered by insurance. After this service I was billed because insurance did not cover it. Had if I known ahead of time, I would not agree to have this service at all. For another service they tried to overcharge me because the front desk staff insisted there was more complexity. After intense argument, the hygienist showed up to clarify there was no extra complexity I wish this office have a HONEST attitude in their billing practice. Strongly NOT recommended.

I've been going to this office for about a year here's my experience: The dentist are great, but I've had 2 appointments canceled for whatever reason, and 2 appointments accidentally scheduled for the wrong time. I needed an emergency appointment and found that emergencies have no priority over a regular appointment. If it weren't from my experience with the dentist, I would be looking for a new dental provider

We have been going to Dr. Alti and this dentist office for about a year.They treat children great! Dr. Alti is great with young children, teen and adults. They always treat us like family. We have a DMO insurance some things cost a little more. Our teen goes to ortho there. The orthodontist is great. We have a very convenient payment plan. The payments are low and affordable. The service is great! They treat kids like they are special in a good way. They get to pick from a treasure chest after their appointment which is great! Makes my children look forward to going to the dentist! My children have never been scared to go to the dentist because they reassure them. I as an adult had a cavity and hate needles. Dr. Alti numbed my mouth with needle and I didn't even feel a thing! He is a wonderful dentist. I am really picky and his work is wonderful. I never want to go to another dentist. The hygienist and very friendly and fun. The office worker always act happy to see us and treat us well and professional. Thank you for being there for all our family's dental needs.

I like the hygienist and my dentist but the office staff could use some help. I have had several scheduling issues but they always manage to fit me in. Dr. Gonzales is amazing. I have never had such a pleasant experience getting a cavity filled. I didn't even feel the local block and he was quick. I highly recommend Dr. Gonzales.

I called to make an appointment for a normal exam and a cleaning while I had free time to do both things. What I ended up with was a treatment plan for several things I don't need costing several thousands of dollars. I didn't even have an option to get a regular cleaning. They only do a "periodontal cleaning" so they can justify charging you and your insurance more money. All of this and they can't even book the cleaning all in one day, they could only do it over two separate appointments weeks from the time I wanted. No one at the front desk seemed to care. This place is a huge ripoff. There are plenty of good dentist offices in Portland support one of those.
