There are limited resources for skilled nursing home services in Central Oregon. Redmond Health Care consistently provides the best short-term rehabilitation and nursing services. It's clean, it's nice, and so are the people who live and work there. I've known many local people who have stayed there for a few days or weeks after having a knee or hip replacement. The therapists are excellent and the nursing staff genuinely care about their patients. It's a small town, people know each other and it makes a difference. If you need to use a nursing home, just ask a hospital discharge planner which nursing facility has the best reputation in Central Oregon. The people who have an opinion will tell you what they think.
