Asked Google for a Fred Meyer fuel station. While low on fuel, sent on wild goose chase. Caused huge fight with hubby. Thanks!!

The Tualatin Fred Meyer has some of the grouchiest employees and managers I have ever seen. Right now, they are going through a huge remodel and every day you go in there, items have been moved to a new location. I've lived in this area for a long time, but all of a sudden with this remodel, it seems like an entirely new staff. Customer service has gone way downhill. Even though I live in Tualatin, I will often drive to the Wilsonville store to shop. The people that work there just seem happier and that makes it a much more pleasant shopping experience.

rude staff specifically at customer service, polluted air entry and exit ways with current construction. Their new isle system is a joke and an absolute maze. Maybe in 2025 when I drive an electric car I'll come back to charge up, outside

Staff is always helpful and knowledgable. Huge selection and great time saver with the various depts under one roof.
