Walmart

I went to the Bensalem store on 12/18/14 at 6:40 to pick up an online item. Even though there were only two customers ahead of me, I stood in line for almost 40 minutes because of insufficient help. No one at this store ever apologizes for the poor customer service, so I didn't expect an apology when it was my turn to be helped. When the associate finally found my item, he didn't want to give it to me because my name wasn't on his computer as an alternate pickup person. I showed him the paper copy I had printed off my screen at home, showing my name and cell number. He still refused to give me my item. I had to demand to see a manager to resolve the issue, and I left the store with my one item an HOUR after I arrived at the store. It's a shame the owners can't afford to hire enough help to provide their loyal customers with decent service. Oh...wait...aren't five members of the Walton family on the list of the 10 richest Americans???
This Walmart is mediocre at best. While it does offer the best prices around for a lot of things, the store itself is terrible. The place is a constant mess and clutter, to the point where it's dangerous, especially for children. You cannot and will not find one decent working cart, they're nerve wrecking to even use. Overall, after years of shopping at this Walmart, it's never really been a good experience.
Nobody works here - or at least, nobody here seems to work. I needed one item from the Sporting Goods department. I readily located the item, locked in a cabinet. All I needed was a store associate to unlock the cabinet and sell me the item. Unfortunately, there were no associates around. I finally tried phoning the store - the phone rang for over 3 minutes, maybe sixty times - no one ever picked up. Nor was I the only one waiting; at least three other people were milling around the displays, hoping someone would come. I finally gave up. This Wal-Mart creates a whole new level of customer service - by declining to offer any service at all.
lol rude ass staff i dont give a sht about wallmart so i asked the lady working where EVERY item was that i was looking for. she like told me she didnt know for half of them ...then she told me like a certain isle for one of the products and i went there and the item wasn't there. So i asked another person right next to her and the lady said "ijust told u"... damn rude ass people
Worst carts of any store I have ever been too and all isles are crowded with center displays so you can't even walk around easily.. Target across the street is much better
