This is the WORST Walmart I have ever been to as far as customer service. I've traveled in my RV for 9,000 miles across the USA in over 3 months. I have stopped at numerous Walmarts in 21 states. I love shopping at Walmart. If this were my only experience I would never set foot in another Walmart. I never saw one staff member with a smile, was never greeted, and was ignored throughout the store. I was at the self checkout and couldn't get my gift card to work. There was one cashier waiting on another staff member ignoring me. I finally got the attention of a third staff member and asked for help. She was VERY RUDE. I told her she was being rude. No apology, just continued being rude. She couldn't get the card to work either and acted angry at me for having to go to the cash register to run the card. In my opinion, this is a management/training issue. All of these staff members need intensive customer service training. Also, management needs to be aware if a staff member is not happy and provide support for them.

Oh crap it awesome

i will say a few things....1. the managers need to learn some manner and 2. the young ladies running the cash registers should be fired! this store has bad service, the employees are rude and the managers roll their eyes or walk away when you try to tell them about the service. i was not welcomed and i will never return to this Walmart. i will admit one thing though. it's sad when the older employees are nice while the young temps you hire have attitudes. to the old lady at register 10. i thank you for being the ONLY kind person in the entire store even though you had to stop talking when the manager walked by.

I swear this is the worst Walmart I ever been to rude worker and they don't like to help you for anything!!
