I arrived on-time for an appointment here (first time patient) and was left in a patient room for 50 minutes. At one point, a nurse walked in chewing and smacking her lunch, crossed the room to grab something out of a drawer and attempted to leave without even addressing me. I asked when to expect someone and she asked, "The doctor?" No. The pope. I waited another 20 minutes and addressed the staff who were totally unhelpful and seemingly shocked I would even ask. Eventually I walked out because I had to be to work. But not before making an appointment at another dermatologist's office while waiting. With one of the best insurance plans going, I have the luxury of walking out and refusing to wait on a doctor for almost an hour. I feel sorry for the uninsured who don't have this luxury and must always wait and wait to get the most basic of medical attention. No one should have to wait this long. Although judging by the packed waiting room I saw on the way out, I'm fairly certain they over-extend themselves here daily. If you can't keep appointments, don't make so many. I recommend going somewhere else unless you have no life and nothing better to do than wait.
