On a bike trip from Pittsburgh to DC I had a part break just a few miles outside of town. The guy who runs the store was quick to figure out not just what had broken, but that he had a similar sized part hidden away in the attic. Due to their personal service that I never would have had at a major chain I was able to complete my journey. Thanks, and I can't wait to stop by again.
