I moved to this area recently and was happy to have a nice small town pharmacy close by...until i started using them. the service is terrible; drop off a RX a week ahead and when you finally get to the clerk (20 min wait min) they don't have it ready. This is not an isolated event...EVERY time I go in there the same thing happens. People in line all groan and complain but go there because it's the only place withing 20 mins...I will be driving the 20 mins to Lebanon to get the scripts filled because i know at least after the 20 min drive they will be ready!!!!! BTW double check your meds because the count may be off or the could fill the wrong med....thank goodness I have great eyesight because an elderly customer would have been really harmed
