I have been a patient for close to 15 years, my wife had recommended Dr. Spinard and her family had been patients of hers for years before we met. I have recommended many friends and family to see her as well. She was always helpful and I felt better after every visit. Today my wife went to her scheduled appointment and the receptionist scolded her when she walked through the door, saying "your appointment was yesterday and i already sent you a bill!" my wife is in extreme pain and needed to see Dr. Spinard. She was denied her appointment and rudely sent on her way. I made the appointment for her on monday and I definitely know it was for today, wednesday the 8th, My wife even posted the comment below to her face book. Notice the time stamp. When I called the receptionist (Donna) was rude to me as well and even hung up on me saying it is not like her top make a mistake. Well that ends my relationship with Shohola Chiropractic.
