The hygienists and dentists are very nice but I feel it has become somewhat artificial and like a business to get as many patients in and out very quickly and with brief genuine interest and attention to the person. The television seems to be used so as not to have to "deal" with the children. When we came into the room the first thing the hygienist did was turn on the tv before the child even had a chance to take a look at the room she was in.

The review from Renate Haekler must have been intended for another practice. We have no record of any patient even remotely related to the reviewer (or the reviewer's child) in our practice!?

He said he's drop my kids as patients if I didn't let them get x-rayed, which I thought was unnecessary as they had no problems. When my son had tooth decay he said it was because I gave him too many raisins - my friend's dentist told her her child's tooth decay was because of a high fever she had while pregnant.
