Went to pick up my grandmothers insulin and they gave be expired insulin. I called and they said come back and we'll replace them. When I got there they didn't have any and told me to come back tomorrow at 4 pm. They had an attitude over their mistake.

I had to go to CVS late one night for some suppositories for my wife and with it being so late, and dark outside, I found myself disoriented slightly and summoned one of the young kids behind the counter to assist me. A nice young man named Alex stepped forward, wearing a smile, and we exchanged pleasantries as he enthusiastically led me towards the product I had come in for. Unfortunately, my wife's hemorrhoids are still a problem, but good service at CVS is a silver lining! Thank you, Alex, for being dedicated, hard-working, and so HANDSOME!
