The Physician's Assistant, Amanda Wright, assured me that a facial laser treatment would be covered by my insurance because it was for a medical condition that I have. Several months later I received a bill in the mail for $300 and a note that my insurance company denied the claim because they considered it not medically necessary. The PA should have had a better understanding of what is typically covered by insurance and what is not, and this was a costly mistake for me to choose this clinic.
