What really amazes me is that i tried to call their main Cheraw number all day. And i cannot get no one at all to pick up the phone. And it is in the middle of the day on a Friday and i know they are open, so what is the deal there? I was calling in regard of a inquiry on some Cuff-links to wear to a funeral. I just wanted to make sure they had them in stock before i took the ride down there. But thanks for not picking up the phone like you suppose to. you lost my business!

Poor customer service. Incompetent employees, especially in the sporting goods department. Was on hold for half an hour, playing tag with customer service. As soon as they took me off of hold, they would ask me to hold again so that they could help another customer and this happened repeatedly.
