Earlier this year a friend of mine recommended that I go to Dr. Koeing, I was having some pain associated with an old filing. My visit could not have been more pleasant Dr. Koeing and all of her staff are extremely friendly, kind, and have a great sense of humor. The problem with the filing has been fixed and I could not be happier. I recently returned for my bi-annual cleaning and again was thrilled to be a patient in the office. The visit was much more than just a teeth cleaning it was a whole mouth education. I love that they spend the time to help one understand the importance of brushing and flossing and how it will prevent serious future complications. Went in to fill out new patient paperwork and was not only kept waiting with no one at the front desk for 20 minutes, but once I was "helped" the person began talking over me to the new client behind me in line, completely ignoring me. Went back on several occasions to find the door locked during business hours, called various times to leave voice mails and never have my calls returned. VERY unprofessional staff.
