Disrespectful! this store reps are very unprofessional towards customers, Especially mgr staff and their shift supervisors. I HATE going in there. I was treated with total disrespect by one girl who holds a key to the store. Just because of that she thought she could be disgusting and disrespect her customers. When I asked for her DM info, she refused to give it. WORST Rite Aid in Goose Creek!!!

It seems every time I go to pick up, fill, or refill a script, something goes wrong. They messed up the insurance, and ask me to come back later. They still haven't figured out the insurance issues a full week later, so they ask me to come back. I go to pick up a refill and they don't have it in stock - please come back. They have my name, the script, how much I'll need and when - yet they are out of stock? You have got to be joking. I politely spoke with the pharmacy manager, who said all the right things, but nothing has changed.
