We love The Brace Place and Dr. Pennella and Dr. Garrison! The office staff is always friendly, easy to work with, and wonderfully helpful when we need to switch appointments at the last minute. We have been pleased with the work so far and can't wait for the final results!!

I had an amazing experience at The Braces Place. They helped me and encouraged me to do the right things like wearing my rubber bands so that I could get out of my braces faster. Everyone was so sweet and kind. They always let me know exactly what they were doing to my teeth and why they were doing it. They also let me know what the result of them doing what they were doing would be. I never felt lost and I never felt like just another routine patient. The people at The Braces Place made me feel like I was special and like I was their favorite patient, which is how they treat everyone. I can't wait to go back for my next retainer check. I presently have two children who are under the care of Doctor Garrison, Braxton and Kyleigh Foley. They are patients there because of the exceptional care provided to my older daughter, Britney Brown, 18 years ago. There was never a question as to who would care for Braxton and Kyleigh's teeth, only a when should they be treated. Hands down there is no one else that I would trust more than Dr Garrison and his wonderful staff. They are so professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to. We have referred several friends to Braces Place and they love it, just like we do.

I had my braces for 22 months! The Braces Place always had a cheery atmosphere, so it wasn't too bad having to go in to get things changed or tightened. The staff gave me great advice (i.e. to take a pain reliever before getting my braces tightened to minimize pain later), and any time I needed anything (numbing gel, braces wax, etc.) I could just drop in and ask! They helped me with any questions I had about what to eat, how to floss, etc., and always had a comfortable waiting area. I never had to wait too long though! I definitely recommend The Braces Place to anyone I know looking for an orthodontist!
