If there was a negative star for worst of the worst and the uninformative; I would have used it! My mom was put on remicade for mild osteoporosis and treated in your office. At her original visit my sister and I accompanied her. We listen to everything. We did as you reccommended. She came monthly for almost a year. When her jaw bone was destroyed~NO ONE would return our calls. Well she has lived in hell with pain and unresolved dental issues. Yes we carried her to more than one dentist and several oral surgeons. Most of them would only talk with us. Let me say this.....I would not wish for this einstein mad scientist to trim my dogs nails. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ~ educate yourself. The only bad thing to be from treatment of my mother was monthly visits. As you can tell....I helped make this decision. I am a registered nurse and my sister has a degree in criminal justice....yes we should have sued. And if I could put my mother through a lawsuit experience we would have. If your parent or if you are a patient, go else where. Want to know why? There would be one nurse and 12 patients receiving God only knows what kind of medicines iv. We saw this RED FLAG immediately and went with my mother each and every time! When you as a patient or as a patient's family/caregiver are not told the negatives and positives of any medical procedure or medicine....legally, it is not considered informed consent. Dentist and oral surgeons have urged this office to reveal the dental issues. Their urging was done so prior to my mother's treament. Do I know if this dr is informing or educating patients now? No I do not as he has never manned up and called me!
