I have been using Dr. Randall's office since the late 70's. I am now 68 and thanks to him, I still have all my teeth. I can't think of a better recommendation to give a dentist. Thanks Bob.

These folks are super. The dentistry services are great. Above that, the entire team is friendly and accommodating. They will do anything to help you out. Dr. Randall and his staff make 'Going to the dentist' as enjoyable as possible.

As a small business owner that pays entirely too much for terrible insurance, I am always looking for a way to save money and time. When my wife set up an appointment with Randall dental in Summerville to use a $100 gift certificate that we received in the mail, I was hesitant, but alright with it. I just wanted have my teeth cleaned and possibly any cavities filled. The bill would have been much larger than the negligible $100 offer and they could write off the loss to promotions, but since the gift certificate was to the Nestors (my wife’s maiden name), it was declined. Luckily I asked when I entered the office. Dee Dee said that I couldn’t use it and I asked if the entire purpose for the GC was to generate business in a competitive climate. She said, “Yes, but it isn’t your name.” I called a few minutes after leaving the office because my wife convinced me to give them an opportunity to realize the point of the Gift Certificate and Dee Dee was once again very condescending and even ruder. The GC had brought in a qualified and able bodied new client that would have continued to use the office in the future for not only himself, but his wife and two daughters. This is exactly the point of the mailer, but they instead were rude and decided that losing all future business and the business of anyone I speak to was more important than the measly and completely deductable $100. Sounds like good business to me.
