Dr. Keith & his staff are extremely professional & always friendly! When I took my son for a consultation, I was determined to meet with other Orthodontists in the area, but instead, we walked out of there with all of our paperwork in order and the next appointment to get started & I am so glad we did!!! My daughter and I love Acuity! Since her first appointment, they have made her feel at home. We are a military family and move quite often so to find such an exceptional provider on the first try is an awesome feeling!!! My daughter who is VERY shy and uncomfortable around new people really took a quick liking to the staff at Acuity. They did a career day at her middle school and found out about this facility. Knowing she was going to get braces soon, she BEGGED me to take her here. We set up the appointment for her to see about getting braces. I was overly scared at what I was going to be faced with financially. I must say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always ready for your questions and polite. They told me all of my options to pay for braces. They are very detailed in the work and the progress they show the client as time passes. Dr. Keith too was very informative and courteous. He explains things in "people" terms not "doctor lingo". I can't say enough good things about this facility and the staff. All I can say is the minute you walk through the door you will be over whelmed with what I like to call "The WOW effect!"
