I would recommend this urgent care. The service was quick. The customer service, and courtesy of the staff was great. I was flattered with the compassion shown and most definitely will return again if needed. The title First Choice Care representation is true. :)

urgent care is usually not recommened for getting simple blood work done as it involves consulting doctor which has attached cost. The good thing is that any decent insurance covers most of the costs attached. This place is better than most urgent care locations in the vicinity. So word of caution if your insurance is bad.

My wife has been to first choice 2 times since moving to Collierville. The staff their is top notch and super friendly. I would recommend them to anybody that wants the best care for themselves or their family. Christy is very attentive to all your problems and will do all she can to make sure you feel better in no time.

VERY friendly staff! No long wait. Definitely recommend FCC for all primary needs and anything urgent that arises. My son was finally correctly diagnosed with a hernia after local pediatrician missed this for 2 years. It's very quality one-on-one care and they make you feel important.

Really nice people, great service, and they even do some of tests themselves.
