On June 1, we went to this clinic. it advertised Sunday's hours on the street sign LED Message center open until 6PM. 5:01 PM we arrived with a cut hand and they talked to us through the locked glass door to go to an emergency room but they didn't know where an emergency room was located...no address or any help. We went to Dickson, TN ER. After getting stiches, 10 days later I called to see how much they would charge to get the stitches removed. After a brief wait, the lady said $25. When I arrived, they told me the price would now be $85.It was clearly communicated when I called that they did not put the stiches in my finger. Would recommend using the other clinic in Fairview next to Sonics before I trusted a business that didn't know their hours or how much services costs. Image what experience they have with medical experience?
